TRX Row and Pushup

This exercise is terrific in that you don’t need weights just the simple TRX which is portable. You just need a stable object that is heavy enough to support your body weight or a door which can be fitted with a special clamp. The pull shown above is great for posture and a rule you would do two repetitions of the pull for every one of the pushups for proper balance between the chest and upper back muscles.
