For more than 25 years, I have taught Physiology of Nutrition (Physiological Sciences 167) to upper division undergraduates at UCLA.

The course is now part of the planned Nutrition Minor at UCLA and is co-taught by faculty from the Center for Human Nutrition including Dr. Zhaoping Li, Dr. Susanne Henning, and Dr. Qing-Yi Lu .
