Stay in shape while traveling

It is important to continue your training while traveling. I will usually pack my resistance bands and a small La Crosse ball as well as workout clothes when I travel. I try to stay at hotels that have a good gym or one that has an arrangement with a local gym. I try to exercise in the early morning but will be flexible depending on the schedule. If  there is no gym you can exercise in your room. At the gym, do as much of your usual routine as possible including rolling and stretching.
