Upper Body Posture Wall Exercises

When you first start to get ready to exercise, it is important to stretch your muscles. This set of exercises stretches your hamstrings. Sit back against the wall and point your toes toward you. Place your arms flat against the wall and do three upper body moves to stretch and relax your upper back including the scapulas and shoulders.

Do this for 5 minutes every day and your upper body will be ready for exercise.
