The most important thing in a regular exercise program is showing up every day. Consistency is what produces the results. I have found my own gym and trainers about 15 minutes from where I live. I also work out at home when I am not at the gym. However, I try to keep all my appointments at the gym unless I am traveling or have a major family commitment. I also buy equipment that I need when I travel such as resistance bands and make arrangements to continue working out on business trips.
Make your workouts work for you. Don’t put your physical well-being on the back burner. It can take several years to a lifetime to get all the benefits you can from working out.
