Omega – 6 to Omega – 3 Ratio: Why is it important?

Modern Diets have too much hidden Omega-6 fat and not enough Omega-3 from fish oils. Cut down total fat from processed foods and eat fish three times per week and take fish oil supplements. Use olive oil sparingly in cooking and grilling and you will get a better balance of omega-3 and omega-6
