Mercury in Fish is something I get questions about even though it is not established that eating high mercury fish is unhealthy By itingwu12 on May 30, 2017 • ( 0 ) View this post on Instagram Mercury in Fish is something I get questions about even though it is not established that eating high mercury fish is unhealthy. High mercury fish can also concentrate other pollutants. To minimize mercury and pollutants eat fish that don't eat other fish. That's because fish that eat other fish get the mercury from the smaller fish they eat. So eat shark, pike, albacore, and halibut only occasionally. Eat whole albacore tuna and trout just several times per week. Eat canned tuna, salmon, Pollock (imitation crab) and oysters as often as you want. In general eat ocean-caught fish three times per week and take fish oil supplements daily. Fish oil supplements have no mercury as they are made from small fish or krill. #drdavidheber #fish #fish oil #mercury #pollution to learn more go to www.drdavidheber.com and www.herbalifenutritioninstitute.com A post shared by Dr. David Heber (@drdavidheber) on May 29, 2017 at 3:47am PDT Share this:TwitterFacebookLike this:Like Loading...‹ SKIN NUTRITION is vital to your health because everything you eat ends up in your skinWhat is Organic?
