Start with a simple chest press. Then chain breakers to open up the chest.Finally do biceps/triceps curls with rotation and simple biceps curl. Choose a comfortable weight for 12 repetitions then advance the weight to do 8, then again to 6 reps, and then lower the weight to the 12 report level.
