CHAMOMILE is made from daisy flowers. It has been used as a calming herbs and for medicinal purposes for hundreds of years. The flowers are dried and the pollen and other plant parts are most commonly infused with hot water to make a tea. The two most common species are German Chamomile and English or Roman Chamomile. The two major Phytonutrients are apigenin also found in parsley and alpha-bisabolol. It has many other Phytonutrients including flavonoids and luteolin.
