BAND EXERCISES FOR GLUTES: Elastic bands are great for travel and everyday exercises. The bands I use come in four colors yellow, green, blue, and black. The black bands give the greatest resistance and yellow the least, but the green are great for beginners working the butt muscles. Today l am demonstrating the side walk with the knees pushing out against the band after you take a half squat position. Do 15 to left and then right sides. Then walk forward with 15 small steps and backwards 15 steps. Finish with 15 full squats.
