Behavior Change #11: COMPASSION is being able to picture yourself with another person’s problems without shaming or blaming them.

COMPASSION is being able to picture yourself with another person's problems without shaming or blaming them. It is one of the most important behaviors in coaching. Through compassion you can see where the feelings of another person can make sense to them and then you can use your other Behavior Change skills to help them. As you see them change, it is very rewarding. Research shows that when one person helps another either individually or in a group, the reward center in the brain is activated just as it is with other rewards and pleasures. When you help someone else, you are also helping yourself. Seeing the results of changing people's lives one person at a time is the greatest reward of the Mission for Nutrition around the world through Balanced Nutrition and a Healthy Active Lifestyle! #drdavidheber #compassion #behavior #skills to learn more go to www.drdavidheber.com and www.herbalifenutritioninstitute.com
