Gratitude is being thankful for the small things in life like a beautiful sunrise or the big things like your most important relationships. Gratitude is an important tool in treating depression together with exercise, diet, and stress reduction. Gratitude is also one way you can take a more positive attitude to coaching and prevent burn out. Research shows that using a Gratitude Journal can increase happiness over a six month period. Gratitude journals are part of positive psychology, a newer branch of psychology which attempts to help people achieve their personal best rather than simply treating problems. In coaching people with a negative attitude encourage Gratitude and they will have greater success in achieving Balanced Nutrition and a Healthy Active Lifestyle. #drdavidheber #gratitude #journal #depression #happiness to learn more go to www.drdavidheber.com and www.herbalifenutritioninstitute.com A post shared by Dr. David Heber (@drdavidheber) on Aug 7, 2017 at 7:17am PDT Share this:TwitterFacebookLike this:Like Loading...‹ Behavior Change #11: COMPASSION is being able to picture yourself with another person’s problems without shaming or blaming them.Behavior Change #13: PROACTIVE FOCUS is a great way to reduce stress, anxiety, and worry. ›Categories: Nutrition
