Behavior Change #15: PUTTING FIRST THINGS FIRST helps you achieve your goals by prioritizing the many demands on your time.

PUTTING FIRST THINGS FIRST helps you achieve your goals by prioritizing the many demands on your time. There are only 24 hours in the day, so how can you deal with all these demands? You can put everything you need to do in one of four categories: 1) URGENT & IMPORTANT – do these first; 2) NOT URGENT but IMPORTANT- do these as much as you can;3) URGENT but NOT IMPORTANT- get these done without ceremony as quickly as possible; 4) NOT URGENT & NOT IMPORTANT – learn to say NO and don't do these things. When you say no, you may feel guilty or that you are missing out, but there is an old saying that "You cannot attend two weddings at the same time." Do this and you will reduce your stress when faced with too much to do and you will be able to focus on coaching people on Balanced Nutrition and Healthy Active Lifestyle! #drdavidheber #firstthingsfirst #behavior #stress #coaching to learn more go to www.drdavidheber.com and www.herbalifenutritioninstitute.com
