Just as a saw gets dull from overuse, many of us are so busy working every day, that we don't work on ourselves. Are you to busy to improve? You can sharpen your saw in four areas: 1) BODY-exercise, eat right, sleep, rest, relax;2) MIND-read, educate yourself, write, learn new skills;3) HEART-build relationships, give service, laugh and love; SOUL-meditate, keep a gratitude journal, watch quality media. Do these things and you will be a better agent of change and coach as you change the nutritional habits of the world one person at a time!
