Start with a Protein-Rich breakfast every day – It is the most important meal of the day! You may want a mid-morning protein snack after your exercise followed by a lunch of soup or salad with protein. At 4 or 5 PM have a protein snack if you are tired as your cortisol levels are low. Have dinner at 7 PM with protein and take a gentle walk after dinner or rest and relax for three hours before sleep. If you are craving high fat/high sugar ssnack food after dinner have a 10 gram protein snack instead.
