SHAPE EXERCISES can lead to a personal transformation that leads you to achieve your best personal shape. Some people think that shape is genetic, but that is only the small part of your height, eye color, hair color, skin color, and where your fat is located. Embrace your personal differences and start shaping up! Women have lower and upper body fat while men only get upper body fat. Fat can melt away over time as you work out. Be sure to do the full movement correctly on each exercise you do. Exercise opposing muscles you have learned work against each other. Don't just work out the muscles you see. I see men just doing chest and women watching TV while walking on a treadmill. That's not going to be enough. Stretch and roll before exercising, and hydrate during your workout. Be sure to have your Protein-Rich Shake within 30 minutes to one hour after your workout. Go back and review some of my posts if you need to refresh your knowledge about a particular muscle.
