If I take a sample of your body fat, I can tell the amounts of omega-3 and omega-6 fats you have been eating for the past two years! It takes two years to change your body fat. The first fats entering are the last ones released as shown in the swimming pool cartoon above. Eat mostly fruits, vegetables, nuts and other plant foods. Eat wild fish including wild (not farmed) salmon, halibut, and sea bass instead of farmed Salmon, Tilapia, and Trout.
