It does a lot of good things. Fat creates your personal body shape along with your muscles. You can decrease the amount of fat to get your best personal shape, but where your fat is located depends on your genetics. Identical twins have fat in exactly the same places. You can look around your family and see similar body shapes. Whenever you eat more calories of fat, carbs, and even protein than you burn, the extra calories are stored as fat. A lean person stores about 160,000 Calories in body fat but only 1200 Calories of carbs in muscle and liver. Fat is the main source of calories during starvation, calorie restriction, and exercise. Fat cushions your body and organs when you fall. Fat keeps heat in the body and fat stores the fat-soluble vitamins (A,D,E,K) and many Phytonutrients (lycopene, lutein, beta carotene and others). Be careful if you freeze your fat or have liposuction. The fat cells you remove don’t come back, but if you regain fat it comes back as a patchwork of new fat cells with holes in between. Instead of removing your fat, have Protein-Rich shakes with Balanced Nutrition and a Healthy Active Lifestyle and you will decrease your fat deposits in a way that is natural to maintain your Personal Best Shape!!#drdavidheber #fat #shapeofyou #protein #carbs #liposuction to learn more go to www.drdavidheber..com and www.herbalifenutritioninstitute.com A post shared by Dr. David Heber (@drdavidheber) on Oct 21, 2017 at 5:50am PDT Share this:TwitterFacebookLike this:Like Loading...‹ NUTRITION WHY’S #17: HOW MUCH DIETARY FAT?
