Along with your music and sports drink, looking fit will inspire you to achieve optimum performance every day!! The most common color for outfits is black which also makes you look slim as you work to get slim. Another color along on@a black background that promotes energy is bright green or its opposite color-orange or red. Compression pants come in long and short versions and help support your muscle fibers as you stretch and roll. Tops and shirts should be loose to allow for easy movement or tight to show off your shape in flexible materials. Select materials that absorb sweat and a thickness that fits the weather. Separate outfits for indoor and outdoor exercises and for Summer and Winter are a good idea. Remember that exercise alone is not enough! You need to have your Protein-Rich Shake every morning and another shake 30 minutes to 1 hour after exercise along with Balanced Nutrition throughout the day.
