The most common results of normal brain aging are an inability to recall names or facts, and an inability to multi-task or solve complex problems. In most people the Sea Horse-shaped structure called the Hippocampus (Latin for Sea Horse) gets smaller with age. One in three seniors die of dementia, and 80% have heart disease so in my next post, I will discuss how keeping a healthy heart will help your brain stay healthy- so stay tuned!! #drdavidheber #brain #aging #dementia #memory #thinking to learn more go to www.drdavidheber.com and www.herbalifenutritioninstitute.com and read PERSONALIZED NUTRITION AND TRANSFORMATION available on Amazon.com as an e-book for $5.49 A post shared by Dr. David Heber (@drdavidheber) on Mar 12, 2018 at 11:20am PDT Share this:TwitterFacebookLike this:Like Loading...‹ COACHING #9: COACHING GROUPSBRAIN HEALTH #2: REDUCING THE RISK OF DEMENTIA ›Categories: Nutrition
