COACHING #6: IMPLEMENT PLANS- In Coaching there are 4 Basic Steps: Gather Information and Assess; Plan Goals; Implement Plans; and Review. In Implementing a plan it is important to be specific. Specify a daily nutrition plan for either Weight Loss or Healthy Nutrition with a time for a Protein-Rich Shake in the morning and late afternoon and depending on the individual a Protein-Rich Shake in the Evening. For exercise coaching, specify days, times, and specific exercise with number of repetitions and High Intensity Interval Aerobic Training.
