COACHING #9: COACHING GROUPS

COACHING #9: COACHING GROUPS- You can multiply your coaching impact by meeting with groups of up to 20 people. With a small group you can make eye contact and respond to the individual needs of clients and personalize your approach. Listen actively and answer questions. If you don’t know an answer, you can find the answer on my previous posts and on the Herbalife Nutrition Institute website. Just as writing a contract works well for individual coaching, the social support of a group of members who purchase a membership keeps people involved over the long-term as long as they feel they are benefiting from their group membership. Other people join the groups through referral from current members. However, it is important to keep the size of the group manageable and encourage development of new group sessions when more than 20 people want to participate. Simply schedule two groups of 10 each and allow those to grow. While social media is a great way to build and maintain these coaching groups, never forget to have frequent in-person coaching to supplement your other means of communication.
