HAPPINESS #1: WHAT IS HAPPINESS? If you are all about making the world Healthier and Happier as I am, then you need to know what Happiness is and how to help yourself and others achieve Happiness. So what is Happiness? Happiness is the physical, mental, and emotional state of Well-Being. We have spent time on the physical through many posts on the daily habit of starting with a Protein-Rich Shake and practicing Balanced Nutrition and a Healthy Active Lifestyle. The field of optimizing emotional and mental health is called Positive Psychology and Happiness research is part of this field of science. This field aims to improve people’s lives to their personal best -not just correct problems. A key finding in Positive Psychology was that people who had a Purpose were more likely to be happy.
