In your body, the Allyl Sulfides are converted to Hydrogen Sulfide which is a key part of many reactions in your body including antioxidation, and other functions that protect your cells in various ways. The Hydrogen sulfide has also helps your blood flow. Onions and Garlic have been prized for their health benefits for over 4,000 years. So be sure to use this group in Salads, Pastas, Mexican, Spanish and Asian dishes. If you have a lot of garlic be sure your partner has the same so you can both smell together!!
