CHANGING HABITS #6: GOOD HABITS THAT MATTER MOST- Not all Good Habits are the same. Some Good Habits are more powerful and lead you to better shape and weight, better overall lifestyle habits, improved mood, and a greater likelihood that you will stick with your new habits. These habits are called Keystone Habits. Gretchen Rubin who wrote “Better than Before: What I learned about Making and Breaking Habits” called Keystone Habits “the soil from which good habits grow”. My four Keystone Habits begin with a Protein-Rich Shake every morning for breakfast, the most important meal of the day and a Healthy Active Lifestyle including 45 minutes of High Intensity Interval Training and Resistance Exercise at least 3 times per week. My next Keystone Habit is to have a regular work schedule and meal plan with Balanced Nutrition by days of the week and times of the day which stays as constant as possible.
